Home Fitness

Staying fit has always been important for me! Even though I am not very regular at the gym I keep trying different activities to keep myself fit and not get out of shape. As a kid I was an avid runner and would love to play games. I also remember training in Bharatanatyam for a good number of years in my childhood. As I grew up I have tried working out in the gym, playing sports, trying badminton, learning salsa, swimming (which is one of my most favourite activities) and recently I even learned MMA for a few months.

However even though I enjoy all forms of fitness something that has recently has my heart is yoga.

This section is just to talk about different ways of working out, different activities to keep you fit, different people who are into fitness and what my experiences have been practising these fitness paths.

A healthy adult needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to have a high quality functioning. Children and teens need even more sleep. The older adults have troublesome sleeps and so they can compensate this with daytime naps.
