Most of my friends think that I love food more than anything else in the world. Well that’s not the case! Yes food is definitely a part of life that I dearly enjoy.

I have eaten a lot of junk for a big part of my life but in respective I have always been subconsciously interested in eating right. I also try and identify my body signals and take care of it whenever required. Eating is good and there are times when not eating is also good. This part is for all the healthy food lovers, on what to eat, when to eat and what not to eat.
