Seeds are full with a lot of nutrients and they can provide a lot of good health benefits to a body. The same seed which when you plant inside the mud, eventually transforms into a completely new and huge tree. This shows that they do have a lot of nutrients and a lot of power and through which eventually a life can be born.
Here are some ways in which we can include the same seed as a part of our diet and take the benefits out of it.
Seeds are one of the main important food sources. They are a very big source of energy. Energy is needed by all groups and ages of people and we often lack energy in our current lifestyle. We should never have a seed individually. Its always better to mix different seeds and consume as a snack. A single type of seed is different to digest for the body, however a group of seeds are very easy to digest and gets absorbed better.

Mix 6 of these seeds in equal quantities. Don’t take toasted or salted seeds other than flax seeds. Raw seeds are most effective. Store then in an air tight jar. You can have them as a snack. Chew it well so that it mixes with saliva to digest it properly. Any gender age group any season and country can use it
For younger children who cannot chew them, put the mixture in a grinder. Instead of using a lid cover the mouth with a thin cotton voile fabric so that the heat produced escapes and doesnot kill the nutrients of the seeds. Make a paste. This mixture can be consumed morning n evening with milk.
